Because we cannot control what happens to an order after it has left our faciliies, all orders are shipped at the customer's risk.
Goods Damagaed in Transit
If your package appears to be crushed or otherwise damaged upon arrival, please take it up with the shipping company and file a claim.
Refunds, Returns, Etc.
If you should receive products that are defective or otherwise unsatisfactory, please contact Customer Service at the One Stoppe Shoppe for speedy resolution. Returns for other reasons can be accepted, if in saleable condition, within a resonable time frame and credit will be issued minus shipping costs. Please contacts us for instructions.
Sales Tax
All items shipped to addresses in Florida will be charged sales tax.
International Orders
Express Mail is the recommended option of shipping for international packages because Express Mail offers a tracking number for your shipment. Becuase we cannot control what happens to an order after it has left our faciliies, all orders are shipped at the customer's risk.International customers are liable for all import duties and Customs fees that will be charged by your country. Payment may be necessary to release your order from Customs before delivery.
